DBB Dredging has many years of experience in using and setting up both bubble curtain and silt curtain.

As no tasks are the same a tailor-made solution and often a combination of both bubble and silt curtain is preferable.

Our bubble curtain solution is made of strong plastic pipe with small, drilled holes for each 30 cm.

The tube is in a large diameter to ensure a large airflow so a dense “wall” of bubbles can be made. 

We can make approx. 300 meters of bubble curtain with a single compressor. This can be increased with more compressors. 

The solutions is mounted on a large hydraulic roll for easier deployment in the water.

DBB Dredging has many years of experience in laying out Fibertex on the seafloor. We have 2 types of stands with 1 or 2 rolls. The Fibertex stand can be used by our dredging ships or our Euro Carrier DBB Asterix. The advantage of using the Fibertex stand is that Fibertex can be laid out without the use of divers and the ballast weight can be applied to the Fibertex in the same workflow as it is laid out. 

DBB Dredging has several types of large heavy duty submersible pumps in stock in the sizes 3”- 4”- 6” ready for salvage or other contractor tasks.
